New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 2006. FIrst Edition, First Printing. Hardcover in mustard paper with brown cloth spine and gilt titling. Librariana favorite author and friend of Portland - John Dunning is a bookman author that writes about a bookman detective.
Book is new and unread, in like dust jacket. The last Cliff Janeway novel. Dunning had signed these publisher copies prior to surgery for a brain tumor which was discovered in May of 2006, the same month as the publication date for this book. These copies were mostly distributed to booksellers, and there were no additional signed copies made available.
Scarce, particularly in this condition, and bound to appreciate in value.
